SWG100 BIO benefits and advantages Gas Cooler The Thermoelectric gas sample conditioner and the peristaltic pump automatically removes moisture and deliver a dry gas with constant 5 C dew point. There are many benefits offered by the Gas Cooler in comparison with manual water traps: Protect and extend the life of the electrochemical cells. Moisture is the main cause of O2 cells failure and can not be completely removed by using a water trap. As result, the SWG100 sensor life expectancy is considerable higher than any other gas analyser in the market Ensure high accuracy and stable CH4 % readings. Wet Biogas has different dew points. Different water concentrations in the gas stream highly interfere with the CH4 %NDIR measurement causing high instability and adding errors. The gas cooler dries the wet Biogas to a constant dew point of +5°C and ensures best NDIR measurement accuracy. Manual water trap can prevent the water reaching the measurement sensors, but can not deliver a gas with constant dew point to ensure high CH4 % readings. Even if you are sampling dry biogas, just before a CHP Engine, moisture can easily build-up between the sampling point and measurement cells. Flow Controlled Sampling Pump Plug & Play Sensors field replaceable Our new digital platform provide easy swapping and sensor change-outs. Field replaceable in matter of seconds and with no calibration needed, The sensor electronics maintain all the calibration data and critical information. This new platform ensure a minimum down-time of the analyser in case of sensors failure and eliminate the cost of engineers calls-out. Simple Field Service The SWG100' s design let you perform routine check with plug and play convenience. Sensors, filters, pump and all the vital components of the system are field replaceable in matter of minutes. There is no need of special tools or greater knowledge of the product. It is really that simple. The extensive diagnostic menu will also help you to quick identify any faulty Items On Site Calibration The SWG100's on site calibration procedure is dead simple and can easily be carried out from the user. There is no need to swap unit or send controlling unit away for calibration. Transport might effect the calibration of the returned unit. Onsite calibration at direct point of use of the analyser, ensure that the unit is calibrated in its environmental condition with Span Gas which is directly applied to the analyser from the same in-let of the process gas trough the gas cooler to ensure the same condition of the biogas gas. Our flow controlled pump set new standards in gas sampling. There is no need to play with needle or flow meters because the SWG100 automatically compensate for positive and negative pressure changes and maintain an optimal flow rate for best sensor response and accuracy. There are many applications, especially on multi-sample installations (such us pre/post H2S treatments or sampling in line with the Flare) where line pressure is different between sample points and this variations need to be compensated to obtain best accuracy and stable readings.
