Featuring two HDD/SDD units, it can be configured as a single aggregated volume or as a RAID 1 volume. A safe shutdown capability ensures that buffered data is written even in the case of a sudden power loss. The unit is configured through an easy to use Web GUI: system setup and storage management can all be done through an intuitive visual interface. A 10/100Mbps Power over Ethernet (POE) connector provides a convenient interface that allows a single cable (power and data) installation. Two mounting options offer great deployment flexibility: brackets for permanent positioning, or a key-locked sledge for use cases where the device needs to be quickly removed. The DuraNAS 1000 is EN50155 certified and comes with wide operating temperature range, an IP65 ingress protection and a very sturdy enclosure with a circular connector, making it suitable for harsh environments.
