Technical characteristics: PTE-FCC Load Option Description: Mounted in the top cover of the PTE-100-C unit, the PTE-FCC Load Option consists of a group of power resistors and a capacitor set, designed to be connected directly to the current output. The Resistance value is selected by connecting to the desired tap. Application: The application of the resistor set is to increase the Load value when working with very low relay loads. This load improves the regulation of the current output value and the output distortion in the waveform. This enables the variac to work with a better efficiency. The Capacitor can be combined with the Resistor set and different angle values up to nearly 90° can be obtained. PTE-FCF Variable Voltage Description: Connected to the 110V auxiliary voltage output, the PTE-FCF enables regulation of the fixed voltage output in the PTE range from 10 to 120V with a maximum current of 0.3A Application: A battery simulator, a auxiliary voltage supply required in relay testing. PTE-FCB MCB Test Option Description: To test MCB'S up to 250A on site. Technical characteristics: - Test panel with DIN rail mounted in top cover. - Software to direct the test and to record and print test results. PTE-FCE External Timer Start Option Description: Designed to be used with the PTE-100-C, thus giving the equipment a wider application in measuring times. This option is mounted in a small, lightweight box, designed to be transported inside the lid of the PTE-100-C. It is connected directly to the monitor input taps of the equipment. The voltage supply can be by the main voltage supply or by connecting to the 110V 0.3A tap (Out 4) of the PTE-100-C. Application: The option to use the built-in timer as an independent timer, allowing the timer to start by an external contact.
