IEC 61850 'Multimeter'
The GOOSEMeter connects to the IEC 61850 substation bus or directly to a relay's Ethernet port. Users can select datasets, follow GOOSE messages, check statuses, view histories, and create templates. The device requires no configuration, is read-only, and is not PC-dependent, making it suitable for field testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, laboratory work, and IED development.

Functional Description
The initial window detects and displays all published datasets in the IEC-61850 network, with color-coded LED indicators for message status. The GOOSE messages explorer provides detailed information on the last GOOSE message, including event time, sequence number, state, and data. Users can filter data, edit names, and save templates for future use. The history panel records changes in GOOSE messages for analysis.

The GOOSEMeter ONE comes with a transport bag, Ethernet and USB cables, a stylus pen, a power supply adapter, an instruction manual, warranty and registration instructions, and a CD with GOOSESync software.
