Introduction
Eurograte® offers pultruded fiberglass beams and structures known for their high mechanical resistance, corrosion resistance, electrical and thermal insulation, and lightweight properties. These products are manufactured by Ticomm & PROMACO s.r.l. in Italy.

Mechanical Properties
Eurograte® beams exhibit tensile, flexural, compressive, and impact strength, with values differing in longitudinal and transversal directions, tested according to ASTM standards.

Chemical-Physical Properties
Key properties include density, glass content, water absorption, dielectric strength, and thermal conductivity, ensuring suitability for industrial applications.

Technical Specifications
Manufactured using the pultrusion process, Eurograte® beams incorporate up to 70% glass fibers for enhanced mechanical resistance, designed to withstand impact and fatigue.

Corrosion Resistance
Utilizing a thermosetting isophthalic resin system, the beams offer excellent corrosion resistance, with an external synthetic surfacing veil for UV and environmental protection.

Applications
Suitable for small to medium support systems such as platforms, walkways, pedestrian bridges, and maintenance platforms.

Ease of Use
Easy to install, cut, and fabricate with standard tools, providing a lightweight alternative to steel beams.

Fiberglass Rods and Nuts
Threaded rods and nuts made from fiberglass reinforced epoxy resin offer excellent mechanical strength and chemical resistance, enabling assembly without metallic components.

Market Sectors
Used in sectors like chemical plants, desalination, power plants, marine, oil and gas, and telecommunications.

Conclusion
Eurograte® beams provide a versatile, durable solution for structural applications, combining high mechanical resistance with ease of use and maintenance-free operation.
Introduction
Eurograte® structural beams are manufactured using the pultrusion process, incorporating up to 70% glass fibers for high mechanical resistance, offering benefits like high rigidity, corrosion resistance, and lightweight properties.

Specifications
Composed of continuous directional fibers, the beams provide excellent impact and fatigue resistance, with an isophthalic resin system ensuring corrosion resistance.

Applications
Ideal for small to medium support systems, including platforms, catwalks, walkways, mezzanines, pedestrian bridges, and maintenance platforms.

Ease of Use

FEATURES MADE IN ITALY Eurograte® structural beams are manufactured by the pultrusion process, (raw materials pulled through a resin bath and pre forming die) and contain up to 70% glass fibers which guarantees a high mechanical resistance. The beam structure, composed by continuous directional fibers, determines an excellent impact and fatigue resistance (permanent deformation does not occur in case of accidental over loading). Eurograte® FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) structural beams present several benefits such as high rigidity, corrosion resistance, electrical and thermal insulation...

EASY TO USE Depending on the strength required, the choice of the structural shape to use is simple: it’s similar to the choice of a steel shape. Easy to install, cut and fabricate using ready available tools. Furthermore our structural shapes can be assembled much faster and easier than traditional structural shapes. LIGHTWEIGHT AND INSULATING With the same rigidity, a Eurograte® structural beam weighs 3 times less than the equivalent steel beam. This saving in weight leads to an appreciable saving in transportation, handling, assembly and maintenance costs of the structural parts that are subject...
