Introduction
The EMS series includes high-pressure horizontal and vertical multistage centrifugal pumps designed for various industrial applications. These pumps are suitable for clean fluid pumping without abrasive, solid, or long-fiber particles.

Coding System
The coding system differentiates between horizontal (EMS) and vertical (EMS(V)) multistage centrifugal pumps. Various material combinations are available, such as carbon-ceramic/Viton and carbon-SiC/EPDM, with options for bronze, cast iron, and stainless steel impellers and bodies.

Applications
The pumps are used in water supply, fire protection and sprinkler installations, boiler feed, irrigation and agriculture, and high-pressure pumping.

Construction and Installation
The series features single-suction, multi-stage, segmental, centrifugal pumps with nine installation positions available for both vertical and horizontal types. Vertical pumps are driven by an upper vertical motor, while horizontal pumps are driven by a horizontal motor. The pumps use a maintenance-free cartridge-type mechanical seal, with standard materials being silicon carbide/silicon carbide EPDM.

Performance
Performance data is provided for 50Hz operation at 1450 RPM, covering both high head and low head series.
