Nominal Size and Dimensions: The product is a polyethylene (PEHD) pipe with a nominal outside diameter of 50 mm and wall thickness ranging from 4.6 mm to 5.3 mm. The ovality (out of roundness) is limited to a maximum of 1.4 mm.

Standards Compliance: The pipe conforms to the following standards: NBN T42-003, NBN T42-114, DIN 8074, and DIN 16876.

Availability: The pipes are available in coils, drums, and straight lengths. Custom dimensions can be requested.

Technical Performance and Features

• Thermal Stability: Maintains stability at 210 °C for a minimum of 20 minutes (EN 728).
• Longitudinal Reversion: Maximum 3% at 110 °C according to EN ISO 2505 method B.
• Internal Pressure Resistance: At 20 °C, withstands 10 MPa for 1 hour.
• Hydraulic Testing at 80 °C: 4.0 MPa for 165 hours and 3.5 MPa for 1,000 hours.
• Maximum Allowed Internal Pressure During Blowing: 10 bar for 1 hour at 20 °C and 7 bar for 1 hour at 40 °C.
• Thermal Conductivity: Approximately 0.41 W·K⁻¹·m⁻¹ (DIN 8075 / DIN 52612-1).
• Thermal Expansion Coefficient: Approximately 0.2 mm/m·°C between 0 and 70 °C (DIN 8075 / DIN 53752).
• Friction Coefficient: Approximately 0.15.
