Etifiale Pro
The Etifiale Pro is an automatic high-speed labelling machine designed for ampoules and vials. It features a choice of printing units (thermal ink jet, thermal transfer, hot foil) and includes overprinting, OCV/OCR, and barcode control systems. The machine is equipped with a serialization system and an ultrasound sensor for transparent labels.
Machine Structure:
The machine has a painted steel structure with AISI 304 paneling. It includes an automatic loading system for ampoules, a conveyor belt, and a rotating star wheel with an independent motor. The system can self-recognize the format of the star wheel.
Labelling System:
The labelling machine uses a hybrid stepper motor with a magnetic encoder. It features a touch screen display for managing over 50 customized parameters and automatic vertical adjustment. A capacitive sensor monitors the end-of-reel status.
Safety and Control Features:
The machine includes tunnel safety protection, a product rotation system for label application, and label presence control using UV barriers or cameras. It also has a pneumatic ejection system for rejected ampoules and a removable tray for rejected products.
Performance and Power:
The machine operates at a production speed of up to 12,000 pcs/h for smaller diameters and 6,000 pcs/h for larger diameters. It requires a power supply of 230 V, 50-60 Hz, and compressed air at 6 bar.
Dimensions and Capacity:
The machine dimensions are 2301 x 1910 x 2310 mm, with a maximum electrical absorption of 2300 W. It can handle product diameters from 10 to 22 mm and heights from 25 to 90 mm.
Additional Features:
The system includes advanced electronics with a Siemens S7 PLC and an energy-saving function to shut down the system during inactivity. The control panel is mounted on a swinging arm for ease of use.
Applications:
The Etifiale Pro is suitable for various labelling applications, including top labelling, tamper-evident sealing, and wrap-around labelling. It is designed for use with ampoules, vials, and formed carton boxes.
