Manual Edge Trimming Station The Manual Edge Trimming Station is a station to allow convenient trimming of EVA and module backsheet that extend beyond the edge of the glass after lamination. The rack cart is used to allow the modules to cool after removal from the laminator. A ball table allows for easy module positioning while pop-up rubber pads grip the module securely during trimming. A hot knife then allows the operator to effortlessly cut the excess materials from the edge.
