EVA and Backsheet Cut Station The EVA cut station is a convenient roll rack system designed to allow the operator to cut materials, such as the EVA and module back sheet, to the proper length. The roll rack holds three separate rolls and a pneumatically driven roller knife that accurately cuts the materials. Operation: The operator dispenses material onto the table and cuts it to length. A rack cart with 10 shelves is provided for staging EVA on glass. The station includes two main components: • A roll rack assembly that holds up to three rolls of material, such as EVA encapsulant, scrim, and back sheet.
