The esde laboratory extruder has a screw diameter of 25 mm and an output achievement of up to 60 kg/hr Polystyrol (PS). Due to the universal screw geometry this extruder is most suitable for the plastication of all types of thermoplastic material. esde Flat Film Extrusion Line FL 300/K Compact designed flat film extrusion line for demonstration purposes, for testing and optimizing of new virgin materials and formulations. Equipped with ESE 1-25-18 extruder, polishing stack FL 300/S, noncontact thickness gauging system FM 300 and separating unit. esde Cast Film Line FG 400 Line for testing free-flowing formulations curing under UVlight. Equipped with double-channel film die. Integrated in the base frame are winding system and two-circuit tempering unit T 50-2. esde Laboratory Unit FL 300/S for product development and small batch production with horizontal polishing stack, working width: 300 mm.
