Flexibility and Operating Efficiency in the Production Process All components for the production of films are designed by esde and are permanently improved in every detail. The strength of our system is clearly the set-up of Extruder and Co-Extruder Polishing Stack Film Winding Station The result is a higher flexibility and operating efficiency in the production process. In an esde inline production facility the flat film is led directly to the thermoforming machine. Thereto the polishing stack's special task is to prepare the finished film in an appropriate temperature for the successive thermoforming process.
