The TITAN 500 is designed to produce workpieces with exceptional finishing quality using throughfeed grinding. The machine's attachments, including the wheelhead, regulating wheelhead, work blade, and infeed/outfeed, are precisely aligned and calibrated. The machine's rigidity, supported by a vibration-damping, torsion-resistant cast mineral base, is crucial for achieving high-quality results.

The throughfeed process utilizes a wide CBN grinding wheel, allowing workpieces with a single diameter to pass seamlessly through the machine. The regulating wheel, inclined at 1.5 – 3.5°, facilitates the flow of workpieces through the grinding cell.
