The jetStamp graphic 970 supports the new modern scanning processes in incoming mail and archiving by printing on documents. A scanned jpg image can be sent to the 970 for direct print onto almost any surface. The devices are used in document management before scanning. Furthermore, this mobile battery driven stamp is also great for marking goods in production or logistics. Another advantage is the direct printing on materials thus avoiding labels. This saves costs and creates resources for other tasks. With this new function, e.g. consecutive numbers can be printed as a barcode. The 970 performs the count. The same applies to automatic time and date. Three barcode types are available with enhanced functionality – Interleaved 2/5, Code 39 and Code 128 B. Programming of the print image takes place at the computer and is then transferred to the marking device, which can store up to 4 prints. When printing, both the barcode and the text below the code are printed, making it readable at all times.
