HISTORY Founded in France in 1924 in the town of Ermont by Albert Louche, LES CHAUDRONNERIES D’ERMONT began specialising in the production of asphalt plants in 1931. 1976 was a turning point for ERMONT, with the launch of a product that was to become, and still is, a great success: the TSM dryer drum mixer. Ermont joined the FAYAT Group in 1987, in what became the Road Equipment Division and which grouped together other brands from the sector, such as BOMAG, DYNAPAC, MARINI, SAE, BREINING, SECMAIR, etc. In 2012, the ERMONT trademark was replaced by the MARINI-ERMONT trademark, which was...

RECYCLING UP TO 35% ERMONT’s TSM technology was originally designed to allow a regular recycling rate of up to 35%. This recycling technique has proved itself over the last 40 years and allows our customers to effortlessly make substantial savings without compromising on asphalt quality, or the environment. This technology is based on an indirect heating technique (accumulation of energy in virgin aggregates), combined with a low temperature direct heating technique (exchange with the drying gases, the temperature of which has already dropped dramatically when the RAP are introduced). KEY...

RETROFLUX TECHNOLOGY RECYCLING UP TO 50% ERMONT’s RETROFLUX technology was originally designed to allow a regular recycling rate for RAP of up to 50%. This recycling technique has proved itself over more than 25 years and allows our customers to effortlessly make substantial savings without compromising on HMA quality or the environment. This technology is based on an indirect heating technique (accumulation of energy in the virgin aggregates) and on the introduction of the RAP behind the burner flame without ever coming into contact with gases at very high temperature. KEY POINTS 25 YEARS...

RECYCLING UP TO 70% The TSX technology ensures a total remobilization of the binder, which is essential for guaranteeing the hard wearing of very-high-recycling-rates road surfaces, thanks to the DuoTherm technology DUOTHERM THERM New technology combining thermal exchanges with moderate temperature gases and aggregates for RAP heating and drying, whithout any damage (protection of binder). The result is a high quality of recycled asphalt and low emissions to the atmosphere. KEY POINTS NEW PATENTED TECHNOLOGY VERY HIGH RECYCLING RATES FULL BINDER REMOBILISATION Warm- and hot-mix asphalt TSX...

RECYCLING UP TO 100% A recirculation of the gases from the second drum in the flame of the first drum allows an adjustment of the temperature of the gases from the hot air generator and reduces emissions by incineration. The mixer, located at the output of the second drum, performs the mixing of the imported binder and any rejuvenator and also preserves them. The TRX technology ensures a total remobilisation of the binder, which is essential for guaranteeing the lifetime of road surfaces created with very high, and even extreme, recycling rates. KEY POINTS NEW PATENTED TECHNOLOGY EXTREME...

DIFFERENT CONCEPTS OF MOBILITY ASPHALT PLANT & MOBILITY Different solutions to meet all requirements. DIFFERENT MOBILITY CHARACTERISTICS Axles, inter-module connections, lifting devices, steel foundations, Plug & Work electric cables, pneumatic and hydraulic connections, all of which are on-board, form the main characteristics of mobility. Depending on requirements, the plant can be proposed in a supermobile, supertransferable, or city version (stationary, in industrial building or not); each plant having its own mobility characteristics as summarised in this table: Inter-modules...
