Mechanical Wet Film Thickness Gauges
These gauges are portable, easy to use, and can measure on various surfaces like glass, wood, metal, or plastic. They are cost-effective compared to other systems and come with a Manufacturer’s Certificate M according to DIN 55 350-18.

Model 234
Designed for flat or uniformly curved surfaces, this model uses a disc-shaped instrument to measure wet film thickness. It is available in eight versions with different measurement ranges and read-off accuracies. The procedure involves rolling the instrument over the surface and reading the thickness from the scale.

Model 333
Suitable for flat and slightly curved surfaces, this comb-shaped instrument measures thickness by penetrating the wet film with teeth. It is available in three ranges and provides a mean value between specific teeth.

Model 433
This comb-type instrument can be used on any substrate and covers a wide measuring range from 5 to 1500 µm. It offers excellent measuring accuracy and can be certified for QA systems. The procedure is similar to Model 333.

Order Information
Each model has specific order numbers and measurement ranges, with varying read-off accuracies. The instruments are supplied in protective cases or pockets.
