Impact Testing Device Overview
The Impact Testing Device, Model 305 (Wegner Type), is designed for quality management testing of enamelling and plastic surfaces. It is compliant with ISO 4532 and DIN ISO 4532 standards for enamelling, and ISO 4586 - T 2 and EN 438 - T 2 for plastics.

Purpose and Application
This portable device is essential for testing enamelling according to DIN 51 155. Its compact design allows for on-site testing without the need for dismantling or transporting large equipment. It is particularly useful for testing parts of enamel surfaces that are otherwise inaccessible.

Execution of Test
The device is set by turning the handle to achieve the desired testing force, which is displayed on a scale ranging from 0 to 90 N. The impact bolt is locked into the trigger when the spring is tensioned. The device must be held vertically on the surface to be tested. For uneven surfaces, the legs can be adjusted or removed. The impact bolt is released by pushing the trigger lever.
