Technical Description

Design
The Model 126 Plus features a turntable and a vertical gauge head with a roller, centering the cup using a jaw chuck. The Model 126 Plus-Optic uses an optical sensor for non-contact measurement, attaching the cup magnetically to a rotary table.

Measurement Process
The process is initiated via PC or device, with the measuring unit detecting the cup's edge during rotation. Results are displayed on a PC screen and can be saved in .pdf, .txt, or .csv formats. Key results include average and maximum earing height, average cup height, and earing percentage.

• Model 126 Plus-Optic: Cup diameter 25-120 mm, height 15-150 mm, magnetic fixation, ~1500 measurement values per revolution, optical sensing device, 0.014 mm sensor resolution, ±0.04 mm accuracy.

Both models require a PC with Windows 10 and a power supply of 110-240 V AC.
