Purpose and Application

Execution
This tabletop unit features an electromotive drive for consistent feed motion and is controlled via a user-friendly Windows software. The software, compatible from Windows 7 onwards, is included with a USB cable.

Principle of Application
Samples are secured on a table with adjustable clamps. Users can select from preset milling programs (X, L, T, diagonal, vertical, and horizontal lines). The machine automatically calculates maximum injury size, edge distances, and cutting depth based on sample dimensions and thickness.

Optional Equipment
The Heavy Duty (HD) option is recommended for thick or high-strength coatings, providing a robust spindle and powerful drive. This option can be retrofitted to existing systems but is incompatible with the standard sample hold-down device.
