Product catalog summary
Introduction
The document provides a comprehensive overview of the eravap online vapor pressure testing system, highlighting its advanced features, standards compliance, and applications in the industry.

Standards and Compliance
The eravap online system adheres to ASTM D6377 and D6378 standards for measuring the vapor pressure of gasoline and crude oil. It shows excellent correlation with other standards such as ASTM D323, D5188, and D5191.

Measurement Principle
The system utilizes a piston-based measurement principle, eliminating the need for a vacuum pump and simplifying the process. This design ensures compliance with the latest vapor pressure standards and enhances durability for continuous operation.

Durability and Safety
Designed for 24/7 operation, the system features maintenance-free, self-lubricating gears and monitored piston lubrication. It is available in explosion-proof configurations suitable for hazardous environments (Class 1 Div 1 & 2, ATEX / IECEx Zone 1).

Performance
eravap online delivers lab-grade performance with repeatability of 0.15 kPa and reproducibility of 0.5 kPa, matching laboratory results without the need for correlation.

Models and Configurations
Standard models include EP10 for gasoline and crude oil, with a pressure range of 0-1000 kPa. The system supports up to four sample streams and offers ex-proof configurations for safety.

Minimized Downtime
A spare measurement cell is provided to minimize downtime during calibration or maintenance, allowing for quick and tool-free swapping.

Connectivity
The system offers comprehensive connectivity options, including Modbus via Ethernet, analog and digital outputs, and digital inputs for process control integration.

Applications
eravap online is ideal for quality control at terminals and refineries, as well as blending applications, capable of monitoring multiple streams simultaneously.

Technical Specifications
The system operates within a temperature range of 0°C to 120°C and a pressure range of 0-1000 kPa. It features a 15" color touchscreen and requires power input of 100-240 V AC.

Global Availability
Eralytics products are available worldwide through a network of over 50 authorized distributors, ensuring local support and service.
