Specifications:
The maximum internal volume of the furnace is approximately 5 to 7 liters. The internal diameter can be customized up to 200 mm, while the external diameter is available in sizes of 50, 100, 150, 200, and 250 mm. Other shapes such as square or rectangular are possible with any dimension. The maximum length is 1.2 meters.

Fixation and Assembly:
Various methods are available for fixation and assembly, including rods (screwed or smooth) on the side, plates with rubber supports, integration into analytical tools, and more.

Heating and Voltage:
The resistant wire winding can be customized with variable steps or different heating zones to achieve specific temperature profiles. Depending on dimensions and maximum temperature, the main voltage options are 220, 110, 48, or 24 VAC.

Temperature Regulation:
Each furnace includes a tube for thermocouple insertion. Temperature regulation is managed by a digital display, self-adaptive PID type regulator with rising slope and output power under 220 V, available at 1300 or 2600 VA. Other regulation methods are available upon request.

Furnace Variations:
We offer a variety of furnace types, including those with several parallel tubes, different shapes (square, rectangular, half-circular), well-type furnaces, opening furnaces (under conditions), and furnaces with accessories like ventilation or gas input. Protection grids or side cooling by water circulation are also available.
