Technical Specifications The
solenoid valve is available in 2/2 normally closed (NC) or normally open (NO) configurations, designed for use with non or slightly aggressive fluids. It operates within a pressure range of 0 to 1.6 bar and an ambient temperature range of -10°C to +50°C. The maximum viscosity of the media is 40 centistokes, and the valve is designed to be mounted with the coil in an upward position. The opening or closing time is a maximum of 500 milliseconds. The silicone tube has a hardness of 55 Shores and is supplied with a 30 cm length.
Pressure Specifications
The valve types TG and TGF are available with different tube diameters and corresponding pressure ratings. For example, a TG 6x10 valve operates from 0 to 1.6 bar, while a TGF 6x10 valve operates from 0 to 2 bar. The ordering code includes the tube size, voltage, and any options.
Electrical Data
The valve operates at various voltages (24-48-110-230V AC with rectifier, or 12-24-48V DC) with a power consumption of 38 to 40 W. It is designed for continuous duty (100% duty cycle) and features an insulation class of F (155°C) and an enclosure rating of IP 65. Electrical connections are made via a connector with 3 spades, compliant with DIN 43650, DIN 40050, and VDE 0110 standards.
Construction
The valve body is made of brass, with a silicone tube and stainless steel internal parts. The coil is moulded within a metallic box. Optional features include a stainless steel body and a PG9 connector (DIN43650A).
Repair Kits
Repair kits are available, with ordering codes provided in the coil reference table.
