Technical Specifications The
solenoid valve is available in two configurations: Normally Closed (NC) or Normally Open (NO), with direct operation and in-line passage. It supports various media including air, water, gas, light oil, and vacuum. The differential pressure range is 0 to 12 bar, with a maximum fluid temperature of 60°C and ambient temperature ranging from -10°C to +50°C. The maximum viscosity is 40 centistokes, and the valve can be mounted in any position. The weight, including the coil, is 170 grams, and the opening or closing time is 20 milliseconds maximum.
Pressure Specifications
The valve supports different pressure levels for air, gas, water, and oil, with a maximum of 12 bar. The sealing materials available are NBR, EPDM, and FKM, all supporting a maximum fluid temperature of 60°C. The ordering codes vary based on the valve size and sealing material.
Electrical Data
The valve operates on various voltages (12-24-48-110-230V AC or 12-24-48V DC) with a power consumption of 26 VA at inrush and 14 VA at holding for AC, and 10 W for DC. It has an insulation class of F (155°C) and an enclosure rating of IP 65 with a connector. Electrical connections are made via 3 spades conforming to DIN 43650, DIN 40050, and VDE 0110 standards.
Construction
The valve body is made of nylon reinforced with glass, while the tube and internal parts are stainless steel. Seals and gaskets are available in NBR, EPDM, or FKM, and the coil is moulded in polyamide.
Options and Maintenance
Optional connectors include PG9 – DIN 43650 A. Maintenance kits are available, including coils and complete plungers with O-rings, identified by KIT20012 or KIT20013 plus the seal material.
