Technical Specifications
The solenoid valve type 30019/30018 is a 3/2 NC or NO, 3-way direct operated valve. It is suitable for various media including air, water, gas, light oil, and vacuum. The valve operates within a pressure range of 0 to 15 bar and can handle media temperatures up to 100°C. The ambient temperature range is -10°C to +50°C, and the maximum media viscosity is 40 centistokes. The valve can be mounted in any position and weighs 280 grams with the coil. The opening or closing time is a maximum of 20 milliseconds.

Pressure Specifications
The valve is available in different configurations with varying passage and seat diameters. The pressure specifications differ based on the media type (air, gas, water, oil) and the seal material (NBR, EPDM, FKM). The maximum fluid temperature varies between 60°C and 100°C depending on the seal material.

Electrical Data
The valve operates on AC voltages of 12-24-48-110-230V (50 or 60 Hz) with a power consumption of 26 VA at inrush and 14 VA at holding. For DC, it operates on 12-24-48V with a power consumption of 10 W. It has an insulation class of F 155°C and an enclosure rating of IP 65 with a connector. Electrical connections are made via 3 spades conforming to DIN 43650, DIN 40050, and VDE 0110 standards.

Construction
The valve body is made of brass, with stainless steel used for the tube and internal parts. Seals and gaskets are available in NBR, EPDM, or FKM. The coil is moulded in polyamide.

Options
Available options include a PG9 connector (DIN 43650 A), flow control/manual override, explosion-proof enclosure (protection II 2 G/D EEx d IIC T6 according to ATEX), and a 1/4’’ BSP exhaust.

Repair Kits
Repair kits are available for the coil and complete plunger with O-rings. The kits are designated as KIT30019 or KIT30018 with the appropriate seal material.
