The solenoid valve type 20051 is a 2/2 normally closed, direct-operated valve suitable for various media including air, water, gas, light oil, and vacuum. It operates within a pressure range of 0 to 50 bar and can handle media temperatures up to 80°C. The ambient temperature range is -10°C to +50°C, and it supports media viscosity up to 40 centistokes. The valve can be mounted in any position and weighs 140 grams with the coil. The opening or closing time is a maximum of 20 milliseconds.
The valve supports different pressure levels depending on the media and seal type. For air and gas, the pressure ranges from 0 to 50 bar, while for water and oil, it ranges from 0 to 40 bar. The valve uses seals made of NBR, EPDM, or FKM, with maximum fluid temperatures of 60°C to 80°C depending on the seal material.
The valve operates on AC voltages of 24, 48, 110, and 230 volts (50 or 60 Hz) with an inrush power of 14 VA and holding power of 9 VA. The valve body is made of brass, with stainless steel used for the tube and internal parts. Seals and gaskets are available in NBR, EPDM, or FKM, and the coil is moulded in polyamide.
Available options include a PG9 connector, flow control up to 3 mm seat, and manual override for sizes 2 to 4 mm.
Repair kits are available for the coil and complete plunger with O-rings, identified by the code KIT20051 plus the seal material.
