Technical Specifications
The solenoid valve type 20646 is designed for use with various fluids including acids, detergents, bleach, and vinegar. It operates within a pressure range of 0 to 1 bar and can handle fluid temperatures up to 40°C. The ambient temperature range is from -10°C to +40°C, and the valve can be mounted in any position. It has a maximum viscosity of 40 centistokes and weighs 250 grams with the coil. The opening or closing time is 20 milliseconds maximum.

Pressure and Connections
The valve is compatible with air, gas, and water, with a port size of 1/4 BSP and a passage diameter of 6 mm. It features seals made from FKM, EPDM, or Silicone, and can operate at a maximum fluid temperature of 40°C. No back pressure is admitted.

Electrical Data
The valve operates on AC voltages of 24-48-110-230V (50 or 60 Hz) with an inrush power of 30 VA and holding power of 14 VA. For DC, it operates on 12-24-48V with a power of 10 W. It has an insulation class of F 155°C and an enclosure rating of IP 65 with a connector.

Construction
The body of the valve is made from PVC, with stainless steel used for the tube and internal parts. The seals and gaskets are available in FKM, EPDM, or Silicon, and the coil is moulded from Polyamide.

Options
Available options include a PG9 connector, a PTFE body, and an explosion-proof enclosure compliant with ATEX standards (II 2 G/D EEx d IIC T6).

Repair Kits
Repair kits are available for the coil and the complete plunger with membrane, with specific codes for ordering based on the seals material.
