I A machine Our homogenisers EP MECA homogenisers are designed to operate in humid environments. They form part of the process of creating an emulsion from a liquid or gel. The rotor or rotor/stator system is used to chop up droplets and thus reduce their size, to ensure the emulsion has the properties required and to stabilise it. Our current range features power ratings from 4 kW to 200 kW, depending on your field of activity, the product and the objective of the machine.
