Product catalog summary
Technical and Functional Characteristics
  • The TBG 35 P gas burner is designed for low NOx and CO emissions, complying with the European standard EN676, Class III.
  • It operates in two stages (high/low flame) with a progressive stage switch.
  • The burner features high ventilation efficiency, low electrical input, and reduced noise levels.
  • It includes an exhaust gas recycling blast-pipe to minimize pollutant emissions, especially nitrous oxides (NOx).
  • Maintenance is simplified as the mixing unit can be removed without detaching the burner from the boiler.
  • Airflow regulation for both stages is achieved with a damper closure on standby to prevent heat loss.
  • Gas regulation is managed by an electrically controlled one-stage operating valve, with an option for a gas train with valve tightness control.
  • The gas train exits from the bottom and includes connectors, a flange, and an insulating seal for boiler fastening.
Construction Characteristics
  • The burner includes an air intake with a butterfly gate for airflow regulation.
  • A sliding boiler coupling flange adapts the head protrusion to various boiler types.
  • An air pressure switch ensures the presence of combustion air.
  • Airflow regulation for both stages is managed by an electric servomotor.
  • Flame detection is conducted via an ionization electrode.
  • Automatic control and command equipment comply with European standard EN298.
  • Intelligent connectors prevent errors in burner/train connections.
  • Electrical protection is rated at IP40.
Additional Information
  • Gas train components, including safety valves and pressure regulators, are ordered separately.
  • Soundproof burner covers and other accessories are available upon request.
  • CE gas train versions comply with EN676, while EXP versions are for extra-European markets.
Performance and Specifications
  • The burner operates within a thermal output range of 80 to 410 kW.
  • It is available in models for both 50 Hz and 60 Hz frequencies, with specific part numbers and packaging dimensions provided.
  • Pressure drop and thermal output graphs are included for natural gas and LPG configurations.
