Reduced Oxygen Breathing Device 2 (ROBD2) Simulator Accessory Package The Environics® Series 6202 Reduced Oxygen Breathing Device 2 (ROBD2) simulates altitude exposure and can be utilized for research and training purposes. The ROBD2 is used by the U. S. Navy to train aircrew to recognize the signs and symptoms of hypoxia, to teach appropriate emergency procedures and to conduct hypoxia research. The ROBD2 Simulator Accessory Package will simplify the set-up of the ROBD2 into your flight training/simulating program. The package was designed to guarantee proper integration of all components with the ROBD2 system. Step by step instructions are provided for connecting the power, audio and video sources, for the SUT, the instructor monitoring the test and additional personnel who wish to observe.
