Product catalog summary
Compliance and Certification: The VOC72M Gas Chromatography Volatile Organic Compounds (BTEX) Analyzer complies with ISO 13964, 2008/50/EC, EN14211:2012, EN15267-1:2009, EN15267-2:2009, 40 CFR PART 53, and 40 CFR PART 58. It is certified QAL 1 with certification number 0000038507.
Specific Features: The analyzer measures compounds such as Benzene, Toluene, Ethylbenzene, m+p-Xylene, o-Xylene, and 1-3 Butadiene. It operates autonomously, is ready to use in under 30 minutes, and features a GC column with a liquid-cooler for stable retention times. It includes a high sensitivity PID detector, ultrafast trap heater, and allows for on-screen chromatogram peak checks. The instrument is robust, low maintenance, and supports remote diagnostics.
Main Applications: The VOC72M is used for ambient air monitoring, monitoring industrial VOC emissions, and photochemical pollution studies.
Principle of Operation: The analyzer performs sampling, GC analysis, and data processing. Sampling uses a sorbent-filled trap with a flow of 12 ml/min. GC analysis involves heating the trap to desorb compounds, which are then flushed into the GC column and detected by a photo-ionization detector.
Technical Specifications: The analyzer has a measuring range up to 1000 ppb, with cycle durations from 10 to 30 minutes. It features a sample flow of 50 ml/min, integrated vacuum pump, and uses Carbopack® as the trap adsorbent. The GC column is stainless steel, and the detector is a photo-ionization type. It operates at temperatures from +5°C to +35°C and requires a nitrogen gas supply.
Main Options: Optional features include ESTEL electronic boards with analog inputs/outputs, remote control inputs, and dry contacts. It also offers RS232 or RS422 serial interfaces and span gas inputs.

VOC72M- BTEX monitor - VOC chromatograph + PID detector-2

BTEX MONITORING Gas Chromatograph BTEX Analyzer VOC72M TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS The VOC72M performs three main functions: the sampling, the GC analysis and the data processing. Measuring ranges Cycle duration Sampling: The sampling is achieved with a single trap filled with a specific sorbent. Its flow through the trap is about 12 ml/ min which gives a sampled volume of 165 ml with the standard 15 minute cycle (sampling time >90% of cycle time). Other cycle durations are possible from 10 to 30 minutes. A bypass flow of 35 ml/min maintain a sample input flow when the trap is not sampling. Lower...
