As environmental regulations tighten, industries face increasing pressure to accurately monitor and control emissions. Power generation, waste treatment, and industrial processes release pollutants such as nitrogen oxides (NOx), sulfur dioxide (SO2), carbon monoxide (CO), particulate matter, and other hazardous gases. Continuous monitoring is essential to ensure compliance, minimize environmental impact, and maintain operational efficiency. • Ensure full compliance with evolving environmental regulations. • Gain real-time visibility of emissions. • Detect deviations before they become issues....

The gas sample is extracted and conditioned before or after transport, in order to have all moisture and condensable components removed prior to its analysis. At the inlet of the analyzer, the sample is clean, dry, at ambient temperature & water interference-free. The gas sample is extracted and transferred through heated sampling lines. It is heated above 190°C in order to avoid acid dew points for the analysis process. At the inlet of the analyzer, the sample is hot and wet. • Integrated back flush function. • Multi-component measurement possible. • Allow calibration injection at sample point...

envea Such system is designed to continuously measure & analyze, dust monitoring and/or gas emission, directly in the stack with or without sample extraction. The analyzer is installed at the sampling point. One of the main gas analysis technologies used is Tunable Diode Laser Spectroscopy (TDLS). There are two types of in-situ monitoring: Cross-stack Probe Analysis over entire stack diameter A light source is sent across the interior diameter of the stack to a detector. The signal passes through the flue gas where it is then absorbed for measurement & analysis. In-situ analysis A probe, containing...
