Surge arresters with insulation piercing connector SE 45 SE 45 series includes a new piercing connector specially designed for surge arrester. This connector is used when installing the surge arrester on insulated LV overhead lines. It can be installed on insulated Al/Cu conductors with cross section range 10 - 150 mm2. Surge arresters with insulation piercing connector SE 46 The design of SE 46 series enables installation on insulated conductor and branch connection, the same connector is used for both. Connector can be installed on insulated Al conductors with cross section range 10 – 95 mm2 and Cu conductors with cross section range 1,5 – 70 mm2 and branch connection with the same range of conductors.
