Specifications:
Enorpa Oniks series hot water boilers are designed with optimal thermal construction and eco-friendly carbon monoxide emissions. They comply with various international standards including TS 12953, ASME BPVC, AD2000, EN 12953, and GOST. The boilers are also in accordance with the 2014/68/EU directive and can be customized to meet national regulations.

Materials and Design:
The boilers use S235JR for hot water and P265GH, P295GH, and P355GH sheets for superheated water, all certified under EN 10028-2 for high temperature and pressure resistance. Smoke tubes are PED certified and adhere to TS 10217-2 standards, made from P235GH material. The design minimizes thermal expansion at high temperatures.

Welding Standards:
All welding processes comply with EN ISO 15614-1: 2012, and welders are certified under TS EN ISO 9606-1: 2014. Welding materials and positions adhere to WPS and PQR standards specific to Enorpa.

Components:
The system includes a multicyclone, flue gas fan, chimney, grate system, cracker system, ash discharge system, supply water line, stoker line, boiler bunker return water line, combustion air system, fuel loading screw conveyor, and ground bunker.
