Design and Efficiency: The fire tubes are designed to provide minimal counter pressure and maximum heat transfer. The counterflow design and wide air passage facilitate use over long lines. An axial fan ensures low noise operation, optimizing cost and quality for district heating. The generators operate with a 90°C air temperature output and 94% efficiency.
Construction: The external thermal insulation is 100mm thick, polystyrene-based (fibreglass), with a DKP metal sheet and powder coating finish. The generators are available in a power range from 30 kW to 234 kW and can be fired by liquid or gas.
