Introduction
The GP Series of Pipe & Profile Granulators is designed to address the challenges of processing long pipes and profiles, which conventional granulators struggle with. The series features an almost level feeding hopper that facilitates the easy feeding of long pieces without the risk of blocking.

Applications
The GP Series is specifically engineered for crushing PE, PP, and PVC pipes with diameters ranging from 16mm to 450mm. It is equipped with wider doors and sheets, and options for a conveyor belt, ventilator, storage silo, and dust collecting system to enhance output.

General Description
The GP Series granulators are available with rotor widths up to 1000mm and diameters from 500 to 1000mm. The cutting chamber is made of heavy welded steel, angled, and fitted with an extended hopper for easy part feeding. The standard V-cut ensures high-quality regrind with minimal fines. Additional features include a hydraulically opened hopper and outboard bearings to reduce contamination risk.

Applications Conventional granulators have substantial problems handling long pipes and proﬁles. To feed large and bulky parts in most cases cavities or platforms are needed. Therefore ENMA developed the GP range. Thanks to the almost level feeding hopper, long pieces can be fed easily. While the machine is operating there is no risk of blocking, in case of congestion no more material will be accepted by the machine until the grinding chamber is empty and the machine will accept material again, and work continues.
