The CCS 4.2 series compressor control panel is designed and manufactured in compliance with CE regulations. It facilitates compressor starting, stopping, pressure and temperature monitoring, and provides protection against failures. The unit features a 128x64 graphic LCD display for simultaneous monitoring of pressure and temperature values. Key data displayed includes airend pressure and temperature, line pressure, total working and loading hours, compressor status, real-time clock, remaining maintenance times, and date and time-stamped failures. It also provides parameter settings and monitoring, as well as inverter and engine information such as engine speed, current, voltage, and inverter output power. Additional data for Mitsubishi FR-F series includes inverter input power, cumulative power, load meter, motor load factor, power saving effect, and cumulative saving power. The CCS 4.2 supports Ethernet connectivity, allowing email notifications and Modbus TCP server access for up to five simultaneous connections. It also features RS485 and RS232 communication ports for variable speed inverter driving, optimizing motor speed according to air necessity to economize energy consumption.
