WHAT IS SFM Scan Fit and Measure is an off-line 2D system for automated measurement and inspection of profile geometry specialized for the extrusion industries. It is based on flatbed scanners and provides precise measurement of size, position, wall thickness as well as GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
