ENGMATEC Smart Contact Cell Contacting cell for operation in Lean-Line systems Function Stand-alone test equipment for ICT and FCT tests The equipment to be tested is manually placed on a product-specific carrier. The safety flap closes after actuation of the "Nagara switch". The ENGMATEC tandem shuttle transports the test piece just loaded to the test position after termination of the test process still running in the test position. At the same time, the carrier in the test position returns to the loading position. After automatic opening of the flap, the test piece is ready to be unloaded and the carrier is ready to be loaded again. In test position, the carrier is lifted from below. The carrier centers to the upper test adapter and the test piece is contacted. The lower contacting unit moves and contacts the test piece from below.
