Ceramar is a ceramic protective spray manufactured by ENGMAR SAS, designed to offer superior thermal protection for welding applications.
- Provides thermal protection up to 1600°C, making it one of the best options available on the market.
- Ensures long-term use with a single application lasting for 4 hours of welding at 300A and 29V.
- Reduces short circuits between the gas nozzle and contact tip, enhancing safety and efficiency.
- Apply a thin layer of CERAMAR on the ENGMAR gas nozzles.
- Allow the coating to dry for at least 5 minutes without touching.
- Optimal drying is achieved after 4 hours. For best results, treat gas nozzles at the end of the day for use the next day.
