Technical Features
The Easylock ELxBxG-90 clamping module is designed for precise positioning and clamping of workpieces or fixtures with a repeat accuracy of less than 5 μm. It utilizes spring forces to lock the clamping pin in the rest position, ensuring safety. The ELxBHG-90 model can be opened hydraulically, while the ELxBPG-90 model operates pneumatically. The system is available in hardened steel or treated stainless steel, with a reduced thickness for increased height.

Options and Accessories
The module can be equipped with optional features such as a blow-out system (-S), an unlocking control system (-C), or an indexing system (-I). It comes with set screws, cover caps, seals, and an indexing pin. Clamping pins available include the TELBG-90-M10 or M12 pull-stud pin, TDELBG-90-M10 or M12 positioning pin, and TCELBG-90-M10 or M12 centering pin.

Performance Specifications
For the ELxBHG-90 (hydraulic) and ELxBPG-90 (pneumatic) models, the repeat accuracy is 0.005 mm. The operating pressure for opening is 30 bars for hydraulic and 6 bars for pneumatic, with maximum pressures of 60 bars and 10 bars, respectively. The pull-in force is up to 30 kN/40 kN, and the holding force is 11 kN for hydraulic and 6.5 kN for pneumatic. The weight with set screws is 715 grams.

Installation and Mounting
The clamping pins are designed for use with Ø112 and Ø90 clamping balls. There are six different clamping pins available, with options for M10 and M12 screws. Installation involves attaching an M12 screw from below or an FHC M10 x 40 screw from above. The centering pin, positioning pin, and pull-stud pin are specified for precise installation and positioning.
