EASYPROD 6-axis articulated robot designed to increase productivity of CNC lathes. u The robot takes raw workpieces, it brings them to the chuck of the turning centre, once the components has been machined the robot put them back on the tray of the transfer trolley and so on. u The robot is fitted with 1 or 2 grippers (one for the raw workpiece/one for the finished piece) ELECTRIC TRANSFER TROLLEY FOR WORKPIECES u Our R&D designed an electric motor trolley for storage and transportation of raw and machined workpieces. It is easy to operate, it can be clamped and unclamped of the docking station through our EASYLOCK zero-point systems. u It can be moved along the workshop with workpieces up to 180mm (contact us for other dimensions). u Equipped with different grids shaped to fit the diameter of the workpieces. u Our intuitive interface improves pro duction rate: - umber of raw and machined workN pieces. - Estimation of time - Name of the machining program - Work-in-progress of workpieces.
