L250 EASYBOX L250, rail-mounted linear version for bigger and heavier workpieces. This 4-axis robot moves on a system floor rail for feeding from 1 to 6 machining centres with pallets of 250 kg (including workpiece, fixture/pallet) The production cell can be extended, and the rail system floor can reach 20 m. The number of magazines in an installation is calculated according to the customer’s needs (see page 26) Specially designed pallets are offered for this robot (see page 28)

250 RANGE uLINEAR MAGAZINES STANDARD MAGAZINE DIMENSIONS OF SHELFS CAN BE ADAPTABLE These linear magazines are made for the storage of pallets and workpieces loaded and unloaded by our L250 Robot. Standard magazines are made up of 4 levels to store from 8 to 16 pallets. The number of levels can be modified according to the workpiece dimensions. A retention tank can be added to the magazine as an option for cutting oils and chips extraction. The number of magazines de pend on customer’s require ments.
