Assembly Instructions
Trailer Assembly
1. Place the trailer frame upside down on a smooth surface.
2. Position the trailer axle over the slotted holes in the frame and secure with carriage bolts and nuts, ensuring the axle is square to the frame.
3. Attach wheels to the axle using push nuts.
4. Attach boom mounting brackets to the frame.
5. Determine the tank size (55L or 95L) and attach the front tank mount if using a 95L tank.
6. Secure the front hitch plates to the tongue, allowing for height adjustment.

Tank Mounting
Position the sprayer tank over the frame holes and secure with bolts and washers.

Boom Mounting
Follow the manufacturer's instructions to mount the boom to the brackets.
