Application description: The vibrating fork Liquiphant is a switch, which is used to protect the deaerator pump from dry running. During the deaeration process of juice a large amount of air can be sucked in the pipe and the pump. The Liquiphant therefore protects that pump from dry running. Process conditions: Media: juice Pressure: vacuum, 200 - 800 mbar absolute Temperature: 45-55°C • High level of safety The function of the sensor liquiphant is based on the vibrating fork principle and has no influence due to external vibrations, foam and other process conditions, like pressure and temperature. Therefore the liquiphant is the best choice as a level switch for the deaerator. • Variable adaption of the sensors A wide range of process connections are available for an easy flush mounted connection of the sensor in the pipe or in the tank. Therefore clamp, dairy, Tuchenhagen and APV connections are available. • No special maintenance necessary For a safe and reliable measurement no special maintenance is necessary for the liquiphant vibrating fork sensor.
