Application description: The magmeter Promag is used for dosing new cleaning media in the buffer tanks of the CIP unit. In the CIP unit several cleaning agents and water are stored. To have a desired concentration of the cleaning media, new high concentrated acid and lye is dosed to the CIP buffer tanks with the use of magmeters. Usually the Magmeter Promag is connected to the pipes via welding connectors. In addition to that, other typical hygienic process connections can be used, like dairy adapters acc. To DIN 11851, aseptic connections acc. To DIN 11864 or Clamp adapters. The range in diameter of the Promag H covers the sizes 2mm up to 100mm. Process conditions: Media: cleaning agents Pressure: up to 4 bar Temperature: ambient Cleaning agent concentration: 30-50% Highlights: • Precise measurement of the cleaning media Because of the high accuracy of the magmeter a precise measurement of the beer is possible. • Compact or separated version The Promag H can be delivered in a compact or separated version. Therefore the magmeter can be placed in difficult spots in the CIP unit. • Vacuum tight liner The Promag H has a specially designed liner which withstands high temperatures and vacuum shocks.
