Application description: The magmeter Promag is used for measuring the volumetric flow of cleaning media in the feeding line of the CIP unit. In the CIP unit several cleaning agents and water are stored. To have a desired cleaning sucess, these media are pumped to all the brewing units, like the brewhouse, fermentation and maturation tanks, heat exchangers and fillers. Usually the Magmeter Promag H is connected to the pipes via welding connectors. In addition to that, other typical hygienic process connections can be used, like dairy adapters acc. To DIN 11851, aseptic connections acc. To DIN 11864 or Clamp adapters. The range in diameter of the Promag H covers the sizes 2mm up to 100mm. Process conditions: Media: cleaning agents, water Pressure: up to 4 bar Temperature: 40 - 90°C Cleaning agent concentration: 1-2,5% Highlights: • Precise measurement of the cleaning media Because of the high accuracy of the magmeter a precise measurement of the cleaning media is possible. • Compact or separated version The Promag H can be delivered in a compact or separated version. Therefore the magmeter can be placed in difficult spots in the CIP unit. • Vacuum tight liner The Promag H has a specially designed liner which withstands high temperatures and vacuum shocks.
