Technical Description:
EN 3750 BUMPER FLEX is a two-component polyester filler designed for excellent adhesion on plastic surfaces, excluding polyethylene (PE). It is VOC compliant, fast-drying, and easy to sand. The product requires a 3% EN Hardener paste, with a pot life of 4 minutes at 23°C and a drying time of 30-45 minutes at the same temperature. IR drying takes 5-8 minutes.

Product Application:
Before application, clean the surface with a soft cloth and EN 7400 ANTI-SILIKON DEGREASER. Apply the filler with a spatula and sand with P120 – P180 for a fine, non-porous surface. The product should be stored in a cool place and used with protective equipment. The flash point is 31°C, and the specific gravity is 1.70 g/cm³. The solid content is 87% by weight, and the VOC value is a maximum of 100 g/l, which is below the EU limit of 250 g/l.

Remarks:
Mix only with EN Hardener, not exceeding 3% to avoid staining. Do not apply to TPA substrates, soft old paintwork, or at temperatures below +5°C. The shelf life is 12 months in sealed containers. PE Hardener contains organic peroxide and is an oxidant; immediate washing is required if contact occurs with skin or eyes.
