Technical Description:
EN 3200 LP Soft Polyester Filler is a two-component polyester filler with good vertical stability and easy sanding properties. It is VOC compliant and provides a pore-free surface. The product requires 2-3% EN Hardener paste, with a pot life of 4-5 minutes at 23°C and a drying time of 20-30 minutes at the same temperature. Infrared drying takes 5-8 minutes.

Product Application:
Before application, clean the surface with EN 7400 Anti-Silicon Degreaser. Suitable surfaces include well-hardened sanded paintwork, steel, polyester, and wooden surfaces. Mix 2-3% with EN Hardener Paste and apply with a spatula. Non-force drying takes 20-30 minutes at 23°C, while short wave drying takes 5-8 minutes. Sanding should be done with P80 – P150 grit. Store the product in a cool place and use protective equipment during application.
