Technical Description:
EN 3100 Spray Filler is a two-component polyester system designed for a pore-free surface and easy sanding. It requires a 5% mixture with EN Hardener, offering a pot life of 45 minutes at 23°C. Drying options include non-force dry for 2 hours at 23°C, oven force dry for 30 minutes at 60°C, and IR drying for 6-10 minutes.

Product Application:
Before application, clean the surface with EN 7400 Anti-Silicon Degreaser. Suitable surfaces include PE fillers, well-hardened sanded paintwork, and sanded polyester and fiber parts. Use a gravity feed spray gun with a nozzle size of 2.5 – 3 mm and pressure of 3-5 bar. Flash off time is 5-10 minutes at 23°C, with air drying taking 2-3 hours at 23°C or 30 minutes at 60°C. Short wave drying takes 6-10 minutes. Sanding should be done with P120 – P240 grit.
