Collection tank Swarf industrial exhausters 04 The range of wheeled and noise-dampened MG exhausters includes 5 models dimensioned for all the workplace cleaning requirements and proper aluminium and PVC swarf extraction from each of the Emmegi machines: MG2-V, MG4-V: swarf exhausting from work units; MG4-VP: swarf exhausting from work units with independent power supply and automatic start from machine; MG2-T: machine and work environment cleaning or swarf extraction from work units that require high vacuum values; MG8-T: machine and workplace cleaning; The use of a large fan or a high-depression side duct turbine makes them suitable for different exhaustion requirements. All models are noise-dampened and suitable for continuous work, complete with automatic start and powered by the mains or directly by the machine depending on the model. They are equipped with anti-static filter suitable for aluminium, steel and PVC swarf exhaustion, automatic vibrating filter cleaning system (MG8-T excluded) and quick release collection tank mounted on wheels for quick and easy disposal of exhausted material. These allow multiple connection, via plastic pipes with metal reinforcing, with the suction presettings mounted on the cutting machines, cutting centres, work centres and pvc machines. The extracted material is then deposited in a suitable container with quick release, made of steel and mounted on 4 wheels, which allows to dispose of the extracted material in a simple and fast manner....
